Appreciated every detail about my really lovely 1 night stay here. The setting was incredible, not far from the beaches, the sea front and shopping street and the seafront in sandown isle of wight. Went for dinner at The Reef, located within 10 minutes walking distance. The staff was excellent and lovely friendly. The breakfast had variety of selection, the food was brilliant.

Came with my family members, everything was perfectly fine. The food was outstanding, included coffee, toast, and cereal. The location for Sandown was excellent and lovely, next to the shops and supermarkets and beach, shops, restaurants and pier. Found time to see Sandown Pier, that's a 10-15 minute walk from the property. The stay in this nicely presented hotel was just perfect and I would come here again.

Think that this nicely presented and stunningly beautiful hotel is beyond compare, appreciated it. The venue is perfectly clean, the staff is very pleasant and welcoming. Incredible location adjacent to restaurants as well as town centre and beach, it's central.

It was a brilliant base for our perfect 10/10 stay. Our room was large and budget with a refurbished bathroom, bath, for instance. All the employees were affable and helpful. Liked that food was excellent.

Everything was lovely, so were incredible views of the beach outside the property. Very comfy bed and room was fantastic and brilliant. Everywhere there was fairly clean. The accommodation had a central location right on seafront. The hotel provided reasonable prices.

Really great overall experience. Good budget hotel with accommodating staff and incredible views over looking sea. Newly remodelled room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Magnificent and incredible spot so close to the shops, the Pier and the sports bar next door. Also, close to beach.

The atmosphere created was family! Location: the hotel was just next door to the beach, shopping street behind the property. We had goodies and coffee at Kates Cottage, it was located very close to the venue.

Location was favourable for us. Just walking distance from Legends, where you can have lunch. We were lucky enough to get double room for reasonable prices. Receptionist is the best ever...

Great for a family. Perfect place for a weekend in Sandown! The bed was comfy and we loved our stay there. Hotel is next to the beach.
